The home screen of the breeder portal in Pet Records 4.0 — the brand-new interface where you manage everything. The first thing you see is the “Needs Your Attention” element.

Q: What is the “Needs Your Attention” panel?

A panel that tracks dogs needing vaccines, deworming, rabies, and so on. You can snooze or log each item right there (and record which vet did it), instead of going to the dogs page like in the old platform.

Q: Can I log health records for several dogs at once from the dashboard?

Yes — you can quick-log the same record for several dogs at once directly from the dashboard.

Q: Can I plan a litter from the dashboard?

Yes. Choosing a breeding pair (e.g., Dexter × Quake) runs the Maiden Predictor and shows what you’re likely to get — for example, 100% ATAT on a given gene.

Q: What quick stats does the dashboard show?

Active dogs, puppies available, people on your waitlist, and revenue year-to-date, plus a recent-activity audit trail and upcoming heats.

Q: What is the recent activity feed for?

It’s an audit trail of everything you’ve done and when, to help you keep track of your own actions.

Q: Where do upcoming heats show?

Any dog coming into heat appears in the “upcoming heats” section of the dashboard.

Let's go through the walk through the thing that everyone's really here for. This here is Pet Records. This is the breeder portal. This is where you're going to come, whether you are a newer seasoned pet records customer. This is our brand new interface. The first thing you'll be greeted with is what's called Nage Your Attention. In this element, this is where we keep track of dogs,

that need vaccines, that need be learning, that need rabies, whatever it is. You can snooze it, or you can log it. The cool thing about it is you can do it right here. You are in an old platform, you had to go to the dogs page to log it. Now you can do it directly here from the platform. Importantly, you are able to put the vet back there.

Among other things, you can also quick log several dogs all at once. You can also plan a litter here. We talked about this genetic panel, so I'm going to show you what that looks like.

If I plan to breed dexter and quake together, this is the maiden predictor. This is what I'm likely to get. When it comes right here to A, I'm 100% guaranteed to get ATAT.

Quick example of how this looks. Down below, you're going to get quick stats, how many dogs do you have active, how many puppies are available, how many people are in your weight list, how much revenue you have had you to date.

Keep in mind, this is a test account, so nothing in this account reflects reality. And then you have this recent activity.

This shows you everything that you have done. Just to help keep you sane, just to show you, it's kind of like an audit trail. Let's you remember what you've done, when you've done it.

And then you have upcoming heats. So if you have any dog that is coming in heat, it's going to show up right here.
